Spencer D.W. Ball is a Partner at Northern Law LLP, where he leads the firm's litigation practice. Based in Sudbury, he is recognized across Northern Ontario for his work in business and real estate disputes, estate litigation, wrongful dismissal claims, construction matters, and serious personal injury cases.
Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2012, Spencer has handled matters before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in nearly every county and district in the province. He is regularly retained in complex, high-stakes litigation by business owners, professionals, and individuals with significant legal and financial interests at stake.
